Landlords boosted as buy-to-let mortgage rates remain steady

The Bank of England’s decision to keep the base interest rate at the record low of 0.25% has kept buy-to-let headline mortgage rates steady.

Mortgages for Business reports that while swap rates rose strongly in the final quarter of 2016, buy-to-let rates were largely unaffected.
